Tenpain kevätturnaus 2024 4.-5.5. 2024
Turnaus koostuu kahdeksasta 90 minuutin han-chanista ja jokaisen välissä on vähintään 15 minuutin tauko. Turnaus pidetään Lautapelikahvila Tavernassa, mikä sijaitsee vain kahden korttelin päässä rautatieasemalta. Turnauspaikka on merkattu tähän karttaan.

Turnauksessa käytetään EMA:n riichi-sääntöjä, jotka ovat tulleet voimaan 1.4.2016. Tutustu sääntöihin täältä.
Turnauksen tulokset lisätään Suomen ranking tilastoihin (MFRS).
Ilmoittautumislomake löytyy sivun alaosasta, englanninkielisen osion jälkeen. Lisäämme ilmoittautuneet etusivulle ja päivitämme listaa mahdollisimman usein, jotta kaikki tietävät, että ilmoittautuminen on hyväksytty. Turnaukseen mahtuu maksimissaan 48 henkeä. Jos joku ilmestyy paikalle ilmoittautumatta ja on valmis maksamaan pääsymaksun käteisellä, hän joutuu varapelaajaksi eli jos pelaajien määrä silloin ei ole jaollinen neljällä, hän ei pääse pelaamaan. Pyrimme tarjoamaan varapelaajia siten, ettei kukaan jäisi turnauksen ulkopuolelle.
Huom! Ilmoittautuminen tulee suorittaa viimeistään huhtikuun 27. päivä. Tämän jälkeen ilmoittautuneita ei välttämättä lisätä pelaajalistaan, riippuen ilmoittautuneiden määrästä. Tällä pyritään varmistamaan neljällä jaollinen pelaajamäärä. Ilmoittautuminen on siis vielä auki 27.4. jälkeen, mutta pelaajalista saatetaan lukita tässä vaiheessa.
Turnauksen sisäänpääsymaksu on 25€, Mahjong-seura Tenpain jäsenille 20€. Sisäänpääsymaksun voi maksaa käteisellä turnauspaikalla, tai etukäteen Tenpain pankkitilille.

Maksuun tulee liittää viesti ”Tenpain kevätturnaus 2024 pääsymaksu” ja ilmoittautuneen nimi.

Pankkimaksut viimeistään ke 1.5.2024. Mikäli maksun hoitaa tämän jälkeen, on tuomarille esitettävä paikan päällä kuitti maksusta!
Turnauksen osallistumismaksun yhteydessä voi myös maksaa Tenpain jäsenmaksun (10€) ja se on voimassa vuoden 2024 loppuun. Yhteensä vuoden 2024 jäsenmaksu ja turnausmaksu 30€. Mikäli maksat jäsenmaksun, ilmoitathan minkä vuoden jäsenmaksun olet maksamassa.
Jäseneksi voi liittyä asuinpaikkakunnasta riippumatta.
Turnaukseen ilmoittautuminen on sitova ja rahoja ei palauteta ellei turnausta peruta!

Tenpai Spring Tournament 2024 4th-5th of May 2024
The tournament consists of 8 90 minute han-chans and between each one is at least a 15 minute break. The tournament is held at Lautapelikahvila Taverna, only two blocks away from the railway station. The boardgame cafe is marked on this map.

The tournament will use the newest EMA riichi-rules, that were released on the 1st of April 2016. You can review the rules here.
The tournament results and scores are added to the Finnish ranking (MFRS).
The admission price for the tournament is 25€, but for members of Mahjong-seura Tenpai only 20€. One can pay it in cash at the tournament site, or in advance to the Tenpai bank account.

To the bank payment you must add in the following message ”Tenpai spring tournament 2024 admission” and the name of the competitor.

Bank payments must be paid on the 1st of May at the latest. If you make the payment after this date, you must present a receipt to the judge. The payment can also be made in cash at the tournament site.
You can also pay the Tenpai yearly membership (10€) at the same time when you pay for the tournament and it is valid until the end of the year 2024. Total price for the membership in 2024 and tournament is 30€. If you are paying for membership, please specify which year you are paying for.
You can join as a member no matter where you live.
When you sign up for the competition, you _are_ participating. The money is not returned unless the tournament is cancelled.
The application form can be found at the bottom of this page. We will update the tournament competitors list as frequently as we can, so that everyone will know that the sign up for them was a success. The tournament will be able to hold a maximum of 48 people. If someone who appears on site unannounced and is ready to pay for the admission in cash, they will be counted as a substitute player; so if the number of players is already dividable by four, they will not be able to play. We will strive to offer substitute players so, that no one would be left outside the tournament.
Notice! Please sign up by 27th of April. Those who sign up after this date may not be added to the actual player list, depending on the number of players. This is to ensure a number of players divisible by four. So while one can sign up after the 27th, the player list might already be locked.
